We are looking for expertise in Full Custom Layout Engineers.
Job description :
Responsibilities:
- Custom layout design, automation and layout optimization to support
- Process Characterization/Qualification Test Chip
- Complementary I/O Cell and Analog Macro Layout Design
- Work with R&D Process Integration & Module teams to help define advanced test chip for new technology development
- Be able to lead a sub-team to complete a full-scale test chip development, from plan to tape-out
- Develop standard cells, I/O and test Macro for process development
- Understand test structures; be able to provide technical support/guidance to less experience engineers
- New Test Pattern Design, Develop SKILL code for automation test structure generation
- Design Rule Manual
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Layout Engineer. Strong experience in Virtuoso tool is essential.
- Experience of working on 22nm and 40nm is highly preferred
- Programming skills, CMOS device, and circuit Design background is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill, tactful, resourceful, possess initiative
