Job Description:-
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage resources and plan the tasks
* Provide technical guidance to the team
* Project design and documentation
* Hands-on experience in developing HTML5/CSS/jQuery components / widgets / web-apps
* Provide solutions and innovation for project activities
* Review code for efficiency and conformance to coding standards
* Self and Team's technical growth
* Team performance management
* Assist the Program Manager in maximizing utilization of the resources
* Identify and flag risks and issues in the projects under execution
* Provide weekly reports
* Documentation
* Liaising with Internal client side Engineers
* Innovation, RnD
Experience Requirements
* Strong technical background with intuitive design sense
* Expert knowledge in following areas:
o HTML/HTML5
o JavaScript
o CSS/CSS3
o jQuery
o JavaScript libraries like tween.js, Math.js etc.
o backbone.js
o angular.js
o Twitter Bootstrap
* Strong Knowledge and experience of Web design and development
* Identify opportunities from the documents received
* Technical solutions for the opportunities (client direct requirements, RFPs, RFIs)
* Defining roadmaps for the teams, products
Academics:
* B.E. or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines
